Look no further if you want to get away from the hectic hustle and bustle of modern living and slip into complete peace and tranquillity. Beacon View is situated in the stunning picturesque village of Alciston in the heart of the Southdowns National Park and accessed by a country lane off the A27 between the villages of Selmeston and Berwick. The views to the Southdowns are quite spectacular.The Old Coach road (unmade track) that surrounds the village is ideal for walking and birdwatching.The beautiful villages of Alfriston and Firle are equidistant and also offer the opportunity for great walks in the unspoilt countryside around them.
The Loft is on the first floor of a building behind what was formally the village pub but is now a private residence and can be rented together with the one bedroom beacon View Apartment below if desired.

Living Area
The Loft Apartment is accessed via an external wooden staircase. The front door leads straight into the living area at the front of the property which is south facing. It is comforta-bly furnished with a sofa, lamp, coffee table, dining table and chairs and a TV with Free-view channels. This lovely room is bright with light flooding in from twin skylights and the door, a cosy hideaway to relax in after a busy day exploring.

Kitchen Area
The kitchen is furnished with an oven/hob, fridge freezer and microwave oven. There is a plentiful supply of crockery, pots, pans and utensils and everything you would need should you decide to dine in rather than taking advantage of one of the many local pubs & restau-rants. A door leads out on to a balcony area at the top of the wooden stairs with a table and chairs where you can sit when the weather is fine to eat outside of just admire the view if you prefer.

Main Bedroom
There is a double bed with bedside tables and lamps, dressing table with drawers, arm-chair and a wardrobe.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a toilet, wash handbasin, heated towel rail and shower cubicle. The window has views out over the countryside.

Outside
A door leads out on to a balcony area at the top of the wooden stairs with a table and chairs where you can sit when the weather is fine to eat outside of just admire the view if you prefer.

Parking
There is plenty of off road parking space adjacent to the property.
