This house is approximately 300 feet east of a main highway however, this home is set back behind commercial buildings and large trees coupled with the water treatments on the property; one can't see or hear much of anything from the highway at all. In 7 years of renting this property, never once has one complained about noise.
This property is perfect for professionals, entertaining, families with pets.
Pets: Only allowed in or about said premises, with Owner’s written permission and there would be an additional $250 security deposit (per pet) and a daily pet surcharge of $25.00 (per pet).The number of days that will be charged for each pet will be for the number of days that house is reserved for.

Please note that on or around January 2017 through March 2018 there will be construction going on during your stay however, the construction would only take place Monday through Friday, and maybe Saturdays 8 AM till 5 PM. There would not be any interruption to plumbing, electrical or any other services stated in the list of amenities. The work being done is an addition to the detached garage at the rear of the property, 2nd story, front entry and portions of the side exterior walls. You would enter through the side door where the patio barbecue area is which is still intact. The interior area is not affected from the work being performed. Please read the most recent reviews regarding the construction and let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.

Bruno's place was fantastic. Communication was super easy. Location is great. CVS and Wholefoods literally across the road, 5min drive to Venice beach, great cafes all around. Easy walking distance for a quick bite. Free on street parking out the front. House was big enough to fit myself, my hubby and our 6 kids comfortably. Kitchen is AWESOME for a family. Highly recommend Bruno's place to anyone looking. Great for families.

The location is convenient and safe, you have Wholefoods, CVS and a gas station right across the street. It's a short distance away from shopping and beach. The house is roomy, tidy and comfortable with a cute patio. Currently there is construction which makes it a bit dusty and the noise can be loud if you're not a morning person. All in all we had a good stay and would consider coming back as it accommodated 8 people comfortably.

Bruno did a great job hosting my Groomsmen and myself just days before my wedding day. The house was under construction at the time but the interior was just as nice as the pictures. Great Stay! great location!

This house was perfect for our party of seven and great location to get to LA attractions and the beach. The construction does start promptly at eight so be prepared for some noise, but not a big deal for us as we were out and about all day. I would definitely recommend for a large family or extended family.

Bruno is an accommodating host but the kitchen appliances should be upgraded. Once construction is complete I am sure the house will be a lovely place to stay.

There has never been a backyard offered with this rental just a side yard which you and your party enjoyed while grilling and socializing. What you refer to as the backyard it is a separate property. As far as the kitchen appliances go, thank you for pointing that out as I will assess them and take appropriate measures to update them.
