I have a very good rating with my guests. James has zero reviews. James mentioned an issue with the water which was later in the evening when he arrived. So we agreed that I would have a service man come and address it promptly the next morning. After contacting James a few times the next morning. James said at 11am “We are still in bed. Update you later.” The next time I heard from James was at 5pm that evening. He said “Hi. I'm sorry I forgot to text you... Comfortable taking a shower. Again, I'm sorry for the delay in getting back to you.”
The guys did organize the house before they left. But as I mentioned to James, I’m a reasonable person. The house was left filthy. The floors looked like they had been walked all over then with wet dirty shoes. The jacuzzi tub had a thick film of dirt and scum after being used. The beds of the beds was full of sand and dirt as if a dog had been playing on it. Also, two of the towels had been used to clean up a mess of urine.
I’m want other AirBnb owners to be aware of James and his friends.
