Thank you for your feedback. We want to do everything we can to be sure our guests have a great cabin experience. To help them prepare for their vacation, about 1 week prior to checkin, we send out a detailed email that includes all the information required for their trip. The email specifically details all of things they need to bring with them, how to check in, parking pass, etc.
In our listing description, under amenities, it states that we do not provide necessities and under house rules, it clearly states the trash removal policy, including the Sunday closing. Once you are at the cabin, we also have the trash information posted on our fridge and in our info binder that is located in the main living area. Since we are in a remote area, we do not have trash pickup.
We want to make the process of booking to checkout as easy and informative as possible and hope that all our guests are able to make lots of lasting memories at the Bear Crossing.
