Paulo, I'm sorry you didnt have the experience you expected. I'd like to remind you that the things you are mentioning are specifically explained in our notes in the listing, so you could have had all the information before you checked in (as the website requires to specify) such as this is a loft (and by the pictures you can clearly see how the unit layout it), the unit having washer and the dryer at the building. Now you were asking for a specifi cooking tools that no apartment usually have, considering we did tell you that a full equipment was located and then you found. I understand you need to express this anyway considering you got mad in advance without looking carefully in our cabinets . I believe i answered all your messages, but you must understand that texting someone every 30 min to complain might not put me in a position of responding to them all,cause it's abusive.You knew the time of check inn, the cleanning lady saw you and let you inn, i really dont undertand why you say this when you had access to the unit and our personnel had to deal with your rude attitude towards her. I really hope you have better experiences in the future . We do appreciate your comments and we do try our best with all our guests, something that we do have is customer service and reviews back us up, and unfortunately we cant make the City of Miami Beach "rebuild" the property so you like it better.
