I am sorry your stay was unpleasant.
As I've always gone above and beyond for all guest that stay with us. I started communicating with you before your arrival and throughout.
There were only two issues, you brought to my attention that I addressed very quickly, I did everything possible for your comfort and communicated with you.
This condo is professionally cleaned, and I pride myself by the need for detailed cleaning; I say this because the issue you had was that the kitchen towel was not clean ( and not condo) I remember you complained of the kitchen towel that was washed and still had an oil stain from previous guest cooking or baking ( all kitchen towels are new and professionally laundered) I directed you to a drawer with several other clean kitchen towels, alternatively there are kitchen paper towels too, found on the top kitchen counter.
As far as furniture goes, as shown on airbnb photos, I designed it to be spacious, free from clutter rooms / living areas, if there is a need for a study work station I can provide that , some of the furniture's are new and the rest are 2-3 year old.
There are nearby shopping, restaurants, in fact the mall is a 3 minutes drive from the condo.
I listed all amenities on my airbnb listing, including the TV in the unit which shows 50-60 channels.
The neighborhood is quiet, sorry about the noise I can only think that the neighbor / or loud people was a one-time off during the day. The neighborhood is near downtown and light rail way, its an average urban neighborhood and commuting is easy.
I suggest a hotel would be more suitable in future, but for the period of March with price of $33 a night ( seasonal fees vary) for a one bedroom clean condo including breakfast, an option of a fully functional kitchen I think is worth it.
