It's a house full of people & different schedules. So please use ear plugs if necessary. If you're a light sleeper or can't sleep on a single mattress, this may not be the right place for you.

We are a very communal/respectful group and strive to provide space for everyone to work and hangout. Remember that work, musical instruments and books take precedence over the television.

The place is relatively small but no red flags. Vic is a nice guy and the residents were nice.

Vic is a great guy. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected but I had a good experience.

The host provided me with the acesss to the house and answered my questions as soon as possible. Accessibility is good. There is a train station in neighborhood(less than 10 minute walking, I think), which leads to North: San Farnscisco and South: San Jose. Since it is located in or next to downtown, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Housemates were all good people and fun. It was good atomoshere.

Vic is always online - that's that I like. Place is low cost, but it was clean. The place in suburb, quiet neighborhood,~10-15 minutes by walking to bus stop and San Jose station. To caltrain you can use an uber for ~7 buck or walk via downtown for 40 minutes. If you want to explore Silicon Valley I recommend you to take Vic's Mountain View (or any location more west than San Jose), because it's near to caltrain and easier to explore the Valley. Take San Jose if you live/study in San Jose downtown. BTW, there are sometimes parties in Vic's houses so you can meet some people here. Overvall, I think I can stay here again.
