Thank you for your feedback!
First of all, I listed some requirements because my previous guests have made mistakes and had difficulties with check-in and parking. I'm sorry if these annoyed you.
Secondly, regarding to the cleaning and smell, you didn't told me about them during your stay at all. If I had known that, I would have sent my cleaning staff to re-clean the room. Anyway, I'm sorry that made you feel uncomfortable. I will tell my cleaning staff to clean more carefully for future guests.
Thirdly, Hokkaido's summer is known for its dryness and coolness. You might have been surprised there was no air-conditioner or fan, but actually, it's usual in Hokkaido. Not many households installed AC or fan in Hokkaido compared to the ones in Tokyo or Osaka area where every summer is unbilievably hot and humid.
And also, I've mentioned "there is no air-conditioner" in my listing. So you should have read more carefully before you booked.
Hope you understand Hokkaido's weather and culture.
Lastly, I'm using (Hidden by Airbnb) translation, so I didn't quite understand what you meant about microwave. Did it not function? My cleaning staff always check all the facilities before guests check in, so I think there shouldn't problem. If you meant its function was not satisfying you, I'm sorry, but it's a home use microwave, not an oven. Same here, that's the most ordinaly microwave in Japanese households.
But thank you for your compliment about the location and wideness of the room:)
After all, I will consider your feedback and think better ideas for the future guests.
