The flat is on the 4th floor and there's no lift - not a problem for previous guests, but please consider in case anyone in your group has mobility difficulties.

The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and with a number of innovative features including lighting effects and audio-visual systems.

The Lounge has a fantastic Home Cinema, Playstation and online library of 5,000 films - great for kids and adults alike.

Bedroom 1 has an en-suite shower room with shower and basin (no toilet).
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share the main bathroom which has a bath (with overhead shower), basin and toilet. The shower TV adds a touch of luxury!
There is a further separate toilet too.

The Kitchen has been fitted with a full range of appliances and includes cutlery and crockery.

I will provide clean bedding and towels.

Although the apartment is nicely finished, the block is not so smart, as you can see in some of the pictures. However, this should not be a problem as once you are in the apartment, the appearance of the block is unimportant.

I spent a wonderful time with my Friends in Raquib's house. It's located at the 4th floor without lift but near the metro station (about 100mt) and the bus stop, from and for Stansted, is in front of the house (National Airport a8). Fantastic!! I kept in contact with Saiful (Raquib's house) Who was very kind and helpful, also providing us something for breakfast!! The house is perfect for 7/8 people and there are everything you Can Need. There are also technological devices that we used during our meals or for relaxing. I definitely recommend this house,hoping to come back soon!! Thanks for all.

While this flat was spacious for London standards, it was not exactly what I was expecting. It is very close to the tube station, which is convenient. It's a walk up so keep that in mind, which was not a problem for us. The neighborhood was not the best. As it was hot during our stay, the windows were open which was fine (there are fans) until Friday and Saturday night when the local bar on the corner turns up the music. People were yelling and cursing outside until 4am. There were frequent sirens blaring. The flat has a college dorm feel with desks and office chairs in large bedrooms. The towels were washed but well worn and could use replacing. While the apartment was swept and not cluttered, there was mold in the bathroom caulking and dirt under the kitchen cabinets. There was a cup with toothpaste from a previous guest on it next to the sink. The best thing about this flat is the information we were given on check in about getting around the city. We wouldn't choose to stay again.

Although the apartment block and general area is not so great, the apartment inside is sufficiently kitted out and comfortable for a group of about 8 people, and very conveniently near the tube station. The area is very noisy, but then again so is most of London so this is pretty good value for money. Box Park is about 15 minutes walk which is good plus.

Me and 8 friends stayed at Raquibs place a long weekend, and we were all really pleased! The place is clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable and spacious enough. Two of us stayed in the living room and because there is no dining room this made it a bit tight, but since we were out most of the time this wasn't a problem for us. The area is calm ang quiet, with a few bars and restaurants and within walking distance to more lively areas such as Shoreditch. Would definitely go again! /Rebecca

We had an excellent stay in Raquib's flat ! It is a great apartment near to the Bethnal Green Station. Raquib and his brother Saiful are really nice and flexible ! I recommend !
