The bigger of two tree houses. Nice wood floors cozy warm. Shared bathroom with shower just steps (outside) away. Sleeps 3 (one double bed, one twin bunk). Zipline to bathroom. Quiet central location easy walk to restaurants and nightlife and even skiing. Free wireless internet, watch dvd movies. The bathroom is down the stairs and about 20 steps, in winter through a shoveled but sometimes snowy walkway. We welcome Mt Collective passholders and are a perfect set up for budget minded travelers.
Warm and Cozy, Smells of Fresh Pine. Comfy beds. Heated bathroom,( have to share with other guests if 2nd treehouse is rented) You do have to go outside to get to bathroom and shower so it may be a concern if you are prone to nighttime bathroom visits, but its only a 20 step walk. Single bunk and double bed in treehouse, with DVD player and flat screen, small fridge. I just set up an awesome camp kitchen ideal for the urban woodsmen in us all. This consists of a convection oven and two burner gas stove ,along with a coffee machine. It is under the deck so it stays quite dry. Water available in the garage.

Access is outside with a fenced yard. It is your own private entry. The bathroom is also accessed from the yard and is quite private. This treehouse has stairs, but unfortunately it is not handicap accessible.

We are a family of 4 with 15 and 18 year old boys. We do go on the mountain a lot in winter and out and about and are pretty social, but sometimes our schedules are pretty full, so it really depends on the time of year, and what is up that week.

We are pretty lax, basically we will not even be aware of your comings and goings, So you can set your schedule as you see fit. There are neighbors so screaming off the deck late at night isn't really cool, but other than common courtesies there really aren't any rules. In winter you have to park off the street or the city will tow you, but we can accommodate one car with off street parking.
