The room was nice and clean. However i was unable to check-in the first night as nobody answered the phone number we were provided despite the host knowing we were going to be late. Also had people knocking on my door on last morning at 10.25am despite checkout being at 11am

We are glad to know that our guests find our property clean. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. We have to point out that we schedule our staff according to their arrival time and if their flight is delayed we would have to reschedule another staff to meet them as we have other guests we would need to cater to in our other properties. So we have to prioritize the guests who have arrived on schedule. And also upon check out, our staff will usually be minutes early to inform guests about the indicated check out time they provided to give them more Tim etc prepare for their belongings so as not to be late in going to the airport. Nevertheless, we’re still delighted to know that our guest enjoyed majority of their stay. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Brenton back in Phuket soon.
Joli endroit, propreté ok mais aucun suivit client. A l’entrée des lieux la carte ne fonctionnais pas et personne ne nous l’as remplacer alors que lors du Check In le responsable a lui même constater qu’elle ne fonctionnais pas. On a été obliger de demander à la personne présent …

We’re delighted to know that our guests find our our property nice. At the same time, we are regretful to hear of the guests experience while staying in our property. We have taken note of these complaints about key cards when the guest was in-house. And we did immediately send a staff to cater to all of the guest’s concerns. Thereafter we did not hear back and concluded that the issue has already been resolved. Our guests are encouraged to notify us immediately of any concerns regarding the property while they are occupying it. We have staff assigned to cater as promptly as possible to any help they need while staying with us until everything is settled for them. The property is under self catering system. Therefore; welcome water and basic toiletries are provided upon check in. However, all other items can be purchased at the closest supermarket or convenience stores. Our check out staff are scheduled accordingly based on our guest's check out time, In the rare instance that there are discrepancies with the time, this may happen because the guests informed us last minute already or there was any confirmation from the guests on the check out time and might differ from the initial check out time they provided to us. Nevertheless, we apologize again for all the inconvenience that it may caused to our guests. We take all feedback seriously and will use this to continue to better our services for all our guests and we hope this helps address the concerns posted in this review and we hope to see Madison back in Phuket soon.

We are regretful to hear of the guests' experience while staying at our property. With regards to the unit location, we have it disclosed in the advert and guests can definitely inquire about this upon booking. Many of our guests were happy with the unit location and the property in general. Majority of our guests are happy with the service of our staff but sometimes the staff of our residents can be misconstrued as rude because of the inability to fully express themselves in English. Nevertheless, we are glad to hear that the guest enjoyed the majority of their experience in our property.
