Der Wohnraum

This is a large and extremely central flat, yet it is very quiet! It comfortably sleeps 4/6 people and enjoys its own main door entrance. The flat is located in the heart of the New Town literally less that a 5min walk from George Street and Princes Street. Easy walking distance from the train station, the airport bus stop and the trams. A taxi to the airport costs between £20-£30.

The flat has a large welcoming sitting room with a study area, two double bedrooms (one with a king size bed and one with twin beds), modern bathroom and a large kitchen/dining room with a table that seats 8 people. A double zed bed with a sprung mattress is available should you wish to comfortably sleep 6 rather than just 4 people.

The property has a private outside area at the front by the main door.

A good place too stay with a family if visiting Edinburgh, with a location close to the centre of the city and its main attractions (just a reasonable walk away). This place has a great kitchen too.

We had a great stay with Celia - the flat is excellently located, clean and spacious and very well equipped. The shops and restaurants of central Edinburgh are an easy walk away and New Town and it's gorgeous architecture is on your doorstep. Perfect for our group - 6 adults over a weekend for a wedding. Thank you!

Great location, 5mins walk to Princes Street, so close but location is really quiet and still. More than suitable for children, layout of apartment is great, fantastic space. Next trip to Edinburgh we will be calling on Celia first, lovely lady and great booking and check in experience, and made herself available if there were any questions. 10 out of 1 0 overall (easily)

We stayed at Celia's over a 6 Nations weekend and really enjoyed it. The apartment has large communal areas and is very comfortable throughout. The location is excellent, everything is within walking distance. There's also a 4 slice toaster... What more could you ask for!

This is a great flat, Celia is an excellent host always available to answer any questions we had It would have been really handy to be able to park our car right outside but we found a space a couple of mins walk away so no problem We would definitely recommend this flat, great location, great facilities, a great space, a real home from home

I have been welcoming guests to properties for over 4 years now and I love it. I have received so many lovely comments over the years and, let's hope I don't jinx things by saying this, I have only ever had great guests!

I now have a number of properties that I manage on behalf of owners, and have started a small management company called 'Beautiful Holiday Homes' so if the first property you enquire about isn't available for some reason then I will always try and help by suggesting another lovely property if there is one available.

I am actually based between Edinburgh and Northumberland, love my city time but also my beach time. I am probably biased but I think I am very lucky to have both on my doorstep as Edinburgh is such a wonderful city, as for beaches it doesn't get much better than the Northumberland coast (if only we had the weather....).
