Olive farm with lovely views of Hvar Island, Mount Biokovo and the Adriatic sea. Just 900 from the beach and 3 kilometres from Sumartin. This is for the more adventurous type of tourist as the facilities are limited. Don't expect any luxurious as this is only for the adventurous types. No electricity and limited water on property . This is only for Robinson Crusoe type of people. We have a few chickens here and a goldfish pond to keep you company. Toilet and camp shower with limited water use.
This site is not suitable for small children. Limited water on property . No luxuries here just nature and song birds, snakes and eagles. The main cottage serves as a kitchen/dinning area while the second one has a bunk bed. There is a fireplace and a pot belly wood stove.
I supply plenty of drinking water and a icebox free of charge every morning.
The village is 3 km away and there you have everything you need, shops, banks, post office, supermarket and ferry
The views are lovely and there are many song birds
Bus and ferry terminal are in Sumartin 3 km away.
So suitable for the Bear Grylls types, adventurous, hardy type people. There is also a large vertical cave on the property that you can explore or lots of rock climbing near by. Bedroom can get hot during the heatwave we are having this summer as there is no electricity and therefore no aircon or airfans. If you are afraid of snakes and insects I definitely don't recommend this place.

The village is 3 km away and there you have everything you need, shops, banks, post office, supermarket and ferry. Internet in the village only. There is plenty of parking on the farm. Would definitely recommend a car and one with high clearance or 4WD otherwise if you are fit and healthy the nearest cafe bar is 1 kilometre away and same distance to the beach.

I am a Australian and have a good knowledge of the surrounding area and know the island well. I will be available when required and come everyday to feed the chickens and let them out for an hour in the afternoon. I bring drinking and shower water each afternoon also and ice blocks to keep your beer cold.

You have to be vert careful with lighting fires in summer. Camp shower only with limited water . Basically the only thing that you have to worry about is the danger of starting a bush fire. No fires allowed on windy days.
