We consider this space very special, due to its unique location: There is permanent, open, arm´s length view to the ocean; It is very quiet as contrary to other buildings on beach front, as the main street access to our building is opposite to where the apartment is located. The apartment accommodates up to 5 people: 2 on a king size bed in bedroom#1; 2 on a bunkerbed in bedroom#2; and 1 on a spare mattress (or sofa) in the livingroom.

Our guest will have access to internet, wi-fi, television and all the condominium facilities, such as: swimming pool, with life guard on duty from 8 AM to 6PM; sauna; all equipped Gym and a mult-sport course for soccer, volley and basketball; children’s pool and play ground.
Guests are also entitled to 2 car parking spaces in the garage, plus one additional for visitor’s.
The condominium has 24-hour doorman service as well as its own maintenance service group consisting of plumbers, electricians etc.
All apartments are served by 6 elevators, divided in two groups of 3 for each tower, providing easy reach to any level of the condominium.

1) Our building is a residential building so our neighbors are quiet and respectful people, we do not have problems with noisy parties, loud music and we expect our guests to have the same behavior.
2) You are supposed to have your own mobile phone on roaming service, as we won’t provide you with a phone service.
3) Upon your arrival and receipt of keys, you will be requested to sign up a simple "Rental Confirmation Sheet" in which you will reconfirm the details of the rental and also declare full understanding of the "House Rules" and acknowledge the items described in the "Inventory List".
4) Our guests will enjoy special priority and (EMAIL HIDDEN) for day-sail experiences with owner and skipper Cassio Gurjão (dial (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or email (EMAIL HIDDEN) for booking).
Please observe the following rules:
•Do not leave the lights, fans, Tv set or any electronic equipment turned on, when you leave the apartment for any length of time.
•We advise you to take the service door keys when you go to the beach, so that you do not dirt the floor with sand when you return .
•There is a washing machine for your use. Nevertheless, please do not over load it, since it may give you some malfunctioning problems. We do not have drying machine, as we hang our almost dry clothes, immediately after having them washed, on the hangers near the kitchen window, where the wind dries them very fast. (Do not forget to use the clothing pins to hold them on the hanger, as the wind may blow them down).
•Our guests will find a microwave oven, a stove with an oven, a sandwich grill, a toaster, a mini oven for fast heating, a refrigerator and a mini electric filter with natural or iced water for our guests to drink. There is also a faucet which provides running filtered water to wash your fruit and vegetables, and also for cooking.
•In the studio our guests can use the computer and a printer.
•Our TV system has several international channels with news and other kinds of programs .
•You will find an iron to press your clothing and a especial ironing table, near the washing machine. Please, do not leave the iron plugged on, when you finish ironing.
•On the dining table you will find a small file with some leaflets and folders of the most important food deliveries in the area, as well as the urgent phone calls such as: the nearest cab stop, pharmacy delivery, etc.
