No external guests (i.e. those not in the original party on reservation).
No shoes on carpet - unfortunately the carpets stain very easily.
Please turn off lights/appliances when not in the apartment.
Terms of Rental
**The tenant agrees to rental terms below upon rental confirmation via Airbnb**
I will confirm address for rental and contact information before the tenant's arrival in San Francisco.
Check-in is flexible, though preferably at noon or after 5 p.m. PST. If the tenant arrives after 10 pm I will try and accommodate the tenant, but there may be an additional fee. Check-out is no later than the time you checked in.
Should there be no other guests leaving / arriving on your check-in / out days, then I will gladly try and accommodate your choice of time. Please note that in order to guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, you would need to book an extra night.
2.Utilities and Housekeeping
Utilities are included for stays less than a month. Please note that there is a monthly utilities charge of $125. This will be added to the total rental rate at the time of booking.
Housekeeping and fresh linen are included in all rentals. Cleaning is performed at the end of the stay for bookings under 14 nights. Additional bi-weekly cleaning is performed for bookings of 14 nights or over.

The flat is in a privately-owned building, with neighbors. Certain rules must be adhered to by the Tenant, in common interest. In particular, noise disturbance is forbidden after 10 pm (i.e. loud voices, loud footsteps on wooden floors, loud TV or music, clothes washer, etc). Also, the number of people sleeping in the apartment may not exceed that specified at the time of booking. Finally, to accommodate guests with allergy concerns as well as to maintain the property up to standards specified in this listing, no pets or smoking will be permitted. In addition, professional use (commerce, meetings, etc.), or social gatherings / parties is forbidden.
Should advertised equipment (Wifi, dish washer, etc.) malfunctions during a stay, please notify me so I can promptly arrange for repair. While every measure will be taken to get malfunctioning equipment repaired as soon as possible, repairs may be subject to delays on the side of the equipment service provider. I cannot be held responsible for these delays that are beyond my control.
Civil insurance differs from country to country and the responsibility of the owner cannot be implied in any case such as accident, loss, robbery or other. Therefore, I strongly recommend subscribing to a multi-risk insurance policy to cover yourself and your belongings if you are traveling internationally.
