A wonderfully light & airy flat, very well connected for travel around London. Dating from 1900, this attractive block is in a leafy courtyard, quietly set back from any roads. Fully equipped it will be an easy & comfortable home for you in London.
A centrally-located, comfortable home in a Grade II listed Victorian building. The flat has a light & airy living room, a kitchen big enough to sit around the table, a double bedroom, and a smaller bedroom for 1 person. The total space is 94 square meters, and while it normally accommodates 3 people, the living room has a large day-bed in which a fourth person can sleep very comfortably.
Dating from 1900, this attractive block is built around a leafy courtyard; this means it is set back from any roads and is unusually quiet as a result. The flat is also on the third floor, on a staircase with only two flats on each floor - so it is very secure and friendly. Please note that there is no lift, but equally there are not too many stairs between each floor - I am not fit at all, but I manage it all the time!
There is a Wi-fi connection that works throughout the flat so bring your laptop with you. The Central heating is very effective and there is unlimited hot water.
The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, fridge, oven, hob, washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer and all utensils and cups, plates, pots and pans etc.
The bathroom has a bath and a shower which is hand-held and used in the bath. Hot water is constant and the whole flat is centrally heated.
There is 1 loo, separate from the bathroom.
This is a great place to live, and a fantastic address to have as your base for your stay here in London.

I shall meet you and settle you into the flat. If I am not here, someone equally pleasant and well-informed about London and the flat will kindly be doing it on my behalf. Thereafter, I leave you to yourselves, but one/both of us are nearby and you can contact us easily should you need anything.
I travel a fair amount for work and family reasons, mainly to southern Africa and France, which is when I hope to have Airbnb guests (that's you!) stay in my apartment. I've lived in London for nearly 30 years and am very happy to share my knowledge of the city to enhance your stay here. I also love living in my flat (for its handy location, for the sun that pours into the flat each morning, and because it is wonderfully quiet yet not secluded) and I like to think that others will love the feel of the place as much as I do.
