The room is for the sole use of the guest. The garden can be accessed from the first floor. The guest will have use of the garden, first floor terrace, kitchen, and sitting room.
The guest will have their own key to the house and bedroom.
The approach to the house is an impressive palm tree lined drive visible from the room.
