Welcome to visit us right in the heart of the historical downtown of Saint-Petersburg!
We offer a cozy, clean private room at the apartment in the 19th century building on a quiet street. All the major attractions are just in walking distance!

Interaktion mit Gästen
We, Nataliya and Pavel both are natives of St. Petersburg and would be always pleased to share our local knowledge and top tips with our guests. Please feel free to ask any questions prior booking and during your stay. We will only be too happy to help. We have travelled a lot ourselves and we have stayed with Airbnb hosts. We make every effort to make our accommodation a home away from home. We love meeting new people from all over the world and we enjoy having international guests.
Nataliya is my aunt and a single woman who is willing to share her space. She is a professor of the St. Petersburg State University - main university of our city. She is also a live-in host of the 2-bedrooms apartment at Kazanaskaya where 1 bedroom is currently available for rent. Nataliya's English is weak so I (Pavel) help her to take care of correspondence with our international guests and making all the arrangements.
I, Pavel, speak good English and I really enjoy meeting new people and making friends. I’m usually free on weekends so I may hang out with the guests – show them around a little and spend some time together and help as the translator and just as a local one – going to museums and tourist attractions, dinning out or explore the nightlife, etc.
Weitere wichtige Infos
As a university professor, Nataliya would be able to arrange a personal guided tour to the St. Petersburg State University if you are interested.
No smoking inside the apartment.
No other guests to be brought back to the property.
Kitchen and bathroom to be left as found.
Hopefully you'll be friendly as you're visiting my home! :)
We are Pavel and Nataliya, nephew and aunt.
I, Pavel, am a friendly, gentle, respectful, easy to get along with and open minded one. Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Russia (Leningrad, USSR). Have visited and lived in a number of countries at different points of my life such are UK, USA, Costa Rica, Mexico, Hungary, Holland, Ukraine, Lithuania…
When it comes to traveling I prefer laidback vacations and relaxed style of traveling with as less rushing as possible. Getting to see all the major attractions is not an essential for me while I’m on the trip but rather socializing with the local people and experiencing the local way of living is most the interesting part for me…
Things that interest me: Traveling, sightseeing, being at nature side, museums, parks, cooking, dining out, night clubs, computers, fashion, fine arts...
