A three / four bedroom 18th century town house on a quiet lane in the centre of Rochechouart, just around the corner from the Chateau and only a couple of minutes walk away from the shops and restaurants of the town. On the ground floor there is a large lounge / dining room with exposed beams and stonework and wood burning stove, a good sized kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor, and a large attic room above that. The property also has a separate double garage and above that a large studio flat with its own shower, toilet and sink. Outside there is a pretty courtyard garden which is completely secluded, and a covered outdoor dining area. Please note that the attic room, although perfectly functional, is yet to be refurbished, and the price of the property reflects this. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas/electric oven, kettle, coffee maker, crockery & cutlery and good selection of cooking utensils.
