My cottage is a blend of old and modernised décor and has recently been renovated. Stunning walks into the countryside and the collection of pubs on the river weirs. There are bus routes every 15 mins to Bath/Bristol. An experience not to be missed!
The character of the cottage, the surrounding area and my friendly welcome I hope!

The cottage is situated on the A4. There is some road noise but it doesn't seem to bother most guests and friends that stay over.
To be respectful and leave it as they found it. The kitchen facilities are to be used at breakfast and not to cook all the time. The room/ house space is to be used exclusively for the person or couple staying. Guests to leave the cottage in a respectful manner
I am an Art/Photography Teacher at a nearby College for A'level students and generally very creative. I love where I live, a stones throw from the countryside and cycle path into both Bath/Bristol. I often take my kayak down to the river which is 5 minutes away. I have a wanderlust for travelling and I have taught abroad in many countries, including Thailand and India. I frequent the theatre, cinema and gig's for new music on a regular basis. I believe I am a hospitable, easy going person to live with, who really enjoys meeting and embracing new people from all walks of life.
