Beautiful apartment located in a quiet, nice, safe local neighborhood in the isla verde area, close to a basketball court, baseball field and tennis courts, also less then a 10 minute walk from the beach and restaurants, the apartment has a 1 king size bed, air conditioning, a tv with netflix included, a small kitchen where you can prepare meals, and a big bathroom.

This was an easy 6-8 minute walk to beach access, as well as the bus line, restaurants, and stores. The room is beautiful and well set up for those who prefer to cook and eat at home. A perfect location to enjoy a wonderful area!

Enjoyed my stay. Clean studio with a very spacious bathroom.
although you do need a rental car or Uber in order to go out and about since the place is in the Isla Verde area but its on the opposite side of the highway and its very secluded.

The space was huge amazing. Kenneth was my favorite guest yet. And everything was very much worth the value. You will need about a 10 walk to the main street. Besides that the room and amenities were heaven.
