I do not agree with your comments due to I was trying to solve it before your arrival, but you never answer my asking about your time of arrival when I was trying to organise with the technic service company to fix it, then I could have fixed the air conditioning before your arrival, your answered get to me at last moment of your arrival. You have have bearing in mind that I didn´t want to bother you fixing the issues while you were in it.
The bathroom was to much difficult, but there are two! and when I inform you of the issues, you told me that is not a problem.
The apartment ad clearly states that there is no dryer machine.
The apartment has three bedrooms to 6 people, in a year a lot of families stayed in it very comfortable, so you are the first guest (4 people) that you didn´t fit in it.
PS: The most important is that the issues could have been resolved before if you had answered my text messages about your time of arrival: First: 07 of April, Second: 16 of May, Third: 17 of May and one (Hidden by Airbnb) you never answered, you got notice me two hours before arrival.
