My place is ideal for Professionals, Hospital staff, University staff and travellers. Just 20 minute walk to the Forsyth Barr Stadium . Located in a Quiet Street. The room includes Tea making facilities including kettle, toaster, utensils fridge and microwave. Very comfy bed and 40 inch TV.
Private bathroom includes heated towel rail, heater, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hairdryer. Good quality linen and towels. Fantastic location as easy walking distance (5 minutes or less) to cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the city's main attractions such as George Street (the main shopping area), Meridian Mall, the Octagon (Heart of the City and i-Site Visitor Information Centre ), Olveston (Historic Home), Town Hall, Hospital, University, Otago Museum, Railway Station, Urgent Doctors and the New World Supermarket. Close to Forsyth Barr Stadium. Off Street Parking available. Free Unlimited Fibre Wifi. The room is located up 2 flights of stairs so not suitable for people with mobility issues. Not suitable for children under 16 years as this is a very quiet environment.
