We sorted out every single thing for your stay to make sure its a pleasant one. It was you that didn't read the house manual provided and didn't follow through the easy laid out self-checkin instructions plainly and easy described in your itinerary provided: in so doing, other guests couldn't access the property and thus couldn't have a swift check-in due to negligence from your part in not reading instructions fully. This unfortunately caused an unpleasant experience for other guests which was totally unnecessary. As I said in the private feedback it is important to read the house manual and self-checkin prior to arrival, but even after our phone call on your day of arrival, where I told you to find your self-checkin instructions on the Airbnb platform/itinerary. Still you managed not to read instructions provided, which afterwards you apologised for not doing so with both myself and Isabell.
With regards to airconditioning, every single room is fitted with a brand new aircondition for guests to make use of as listed in the listing and house manual. It is you who opted and decided not to use it.
Also when asked whether everything is OK, which is something that we gracefully do with our guests you replied several times that it is perfect and fantastic and that there weren't any problems in the room.
Please we kindly recommend you to read house manual and itinerary to avoid any possible problems for yourself and others next time. Thank you for choosing to stay at our place.
