This is a new 2017 3 bedroomed caravan. It is nice and airy and bright. There is lots of space. It has double glazing and central heating. It has a small decking with table and chairs. There is everything you need, from coffee maker to hairdryer also a fridge freezer. Pull out double in the lounge. There is free view/DVD player and plenty of dvds and games to watch and play. Separate toilet to the shower room. It has a gated ramp access to a small decking area. There is parking for 2 cars.

Blackpool town centre and beach is only 15 minutes in the car, there is so much to do in Blackpool from swimming to shopping.
There is a bus from the site what takes you to town, local charges apply.
There is a Tesco 5 mins one way and the other way there is an Asda, pound shop, McDonald’s, Indian and Chinese.
There is also a big car boot sale on a Sunday morning which is 5 mins away next to the garage.
At the top of the road is a Toby carvery.
On the site there is a lot of amenities due to it being a haven site including swimming pool with a newly built lazy river, archery plus the club house. The clubhouse has acts on every night plus disco, karaoke plus kids club.
You have to buy the passes separate and these are available from the reception.
I now have a 3 bed available on presthaven sands in wales. It will be avail even from 21st October, and I will be making a new advert for this as I’m just getting new carpets and also reupholstered.
