Many thanks for your feedback Claude. The AirBnB app provides rich information for guests, navigating this may take some getting used to for guests. Feedback from our nearly 30 bookings thus far have generally commented on the clarity and comprehensiveness of our listing information, which makes clear among other things that we have tenants living in the basement and the temperature at which the house is maintained. We use an electronic lock on the front door, and when guests do not set up their key, we reach out diligently via the app to ensure they set this up prior to arrival so they can easily enter the house upon arrival. Our tenants have been fantastic all year with our AirBnB guests, helping them with questions etc. - unfortunately one of your guests attempted to enter the tenant's space late in the evening, and this necessitated further communication. Lastly, the listing makes clear the house temperature is fixed at 21 degrees in fall and winter - fall is a tricky time of year, some guests are cold sleepers and prefer the duvets inside the covers, others would still prefer to have lighter bedcovers. We do provide extra light blankets in each bedroom, and would have recommended replacing the duvets with the light blankets had you contacted us about this concern during your stay. Many thanks again for your feedback!
