This house is your destination for relaxation. You may not need to venture out at all. But if you do, just five minutes on residential streets to an incredible beach, five minutes from the airport, ten minutes to downtown or Sea World.
The home and garden occupy a double lot in Point Loma with three ponds. A turtle sunbathes in the pond. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing after the beach. There is a partial view of downtown and the marina. The atmosphere is relaxed.

There are fish and a turtle in the pond. Birds of all kinds including a flock of parrots visit the garden.
Guests will respect the home and garden as if it were their own. Plants, grounds and aquatic life in the ponds will be respected as if their own. No pets. No parties. No smoking. A violation of the pet, party and smoking restriction will result in a forfeiture of security deposits and termination of tenancy. Respect neighbors. no loud noise after 10:30 p.m. Issued key(s) must be returned to owners prior to departure or a $25.00 fee will be charged. Tenants will assure that all doors are securely locked, lights are turned off when not present and at departure. The premises are to be used only as a private residence for Tenants, and for no other purpose without Owners’ prior written consent. Tenants shall not use the premises in such a way as to violate any law or ordinance, commit waste or nuisance, or annoy, disturb, inconvenience, or interfere with the quiet enjoyment of any other nearby resident. Maximum occupancy may not exceed that which is stated in the reservation. Visitors of the guest must be preapproved in writing by the owner. Tenants shall not sublet any part of the premises.
LINENS/TOWELS: Linens and towels are provided for Tenants during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any towels or linens be removed from the property or damaged.
KITCHEN USE: Dishware, utensils, cutlery, pots/pans, and appliances are provided for Tenants during occupancy. A replacement fee will be deducted from the security deposit should any items be broken, damaged, or removed from the property. All kitchenware and appliances used by Tenants during occupancy are to be clean at the time of check-out. Additional cleaning fees will be assessed should Tenants not comply.
WASTE: All waste must be placed in trash bags and placed in the trash receptacles provided. Tenants may not leave trash (including cigarette butts) in the ponds, the property grounds, or in the home. A portion of the security deposit will be kept if trash is not properly disposed.
TERMS OF OCCUPANCY: The rented property is a private residence and you agree to indemnify the owner for any damage or loss to the property or its contents that occur during your stay. Tenants agree to indemnify and save Owners harmless from all liabilities, loss or damage arising from any nuisance or harm made or suffered on the leased premises by the Tenants, or guests from any carelessness, neglect or improper conduct of any persons entering, occupying or visiting the leased premises. Violation of occupancy limits will result in the forfeiture of all monies and termination of occupancy. Owners and their agents reserve the right to inspect the property during your stay. Tenants agree not to impede the work or access of necessary maintenance or garden workers. Tenants agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the community and refrain from any activity which interferes with the quiet enjoyment of its residents. Owners reserve the right to substitute comparable accommodations in the event of a home emergency. Owners are not liable for inoperable equipment, systems, or appliances, as major repair problems cannot be foreseen. Tenants agree to notify owners immediately of damages or unforeseen emergency repairs needed and agree to indemnify owners for additional damage caused by untimely notification of such issues.
