Your guest room is clean. My own room is a little bit messy and that's not the business of the guest. "Kitchen is not the public place for guest", this is already marked clearly in the description. Whether it's clean or not is not the business of the guest. Please read and agree the house rules before booking.
My cancel policy is strict, it means that you can't cancel the reservation after check in. I was kind to let you change the date to cancel the last 2 days. It's rude of you if you blame me not to let you cancel all the days you want (3 days) and revenge me with a 2-star review.
If you think the room is not as described, you should report to Airbnb.
But instead, you pretended all is good in front of me, and asked me to accept your modification. After i did, I also allowed that you can put your luggage at my home for another day. After to took away your luggage at the evening, you just gave a 2-star review without any reasons.
If you had any problem during the stay, you had many chances to talk to me. And we may work it out if what you said was true. But you didn't. You just said well well everything is good in front of me, and left a bad review afterwards. That is not cool at all.
