Located an easy 1h45 drive from Johannesburg airport, in the malaria free Waterberg mountains, this is one of South Africa's most private and beautiful lodges.
Relax by the pool with up to 10 friends (for the same price) while surrounded by giraffes, zebras (they come so close you can literally touch them), impalas, gnus, kudus, ostrich and meerkats. No big 5 (lion etc) so you can walk around freely.
The lodge enjoys an amazing climate and it frequented primarily by repetitive guests who want to truly relax and not be surrounded by lots of people.
For the sportive, there are 4 great golf courses within an easy drive (1 golf course 15mins drive, 1 is 35mins drive and 2 within 50min drive). There is also elephant back safaris a 35 min drive.
For the aeronautically privileged amongst you, there is a helipad, a landing strip and 10 mins drive away a fully tarred private runway.
The lodge exists since 12 years and is privately owned (the owners do not stay at the lodge). The same staff from 12 years ago is still there today.
