I didn't cancel this booking. We had conversation about the problem and I suggest to move you to another apartment which is more expensive without any surcharge ( the surcharge will be paid by me). But after seeing the picture of that apartment in tower T5 which is larger and has balcony - please note that who has stayed in Masteri know that apartment in T5 will be more expensive than others, you deny to move and would like to cancel booking.
I am not the one cancel this booking, the decision is yours.
We are understanding that unexpected problem always happens and which way we choose to solve it, we choose the kind and professional way: find a replace one at better tower and accept to pay the upgrade (USD 20 /night).
I hope you give the true feedback on here and request you to remove this feedback because it effects my business. You can double check by send message to other guest who stayed with us before instead of leave a bad review here.
