Varvara Apartment is a very comfortable 1st floor apartment with a lovely contemporary feel, walking distance to the beaches and bars and restaurants in Kapparis resort.

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom apartment with high quality furniture throughout. The apartment comprises of 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (sleeps 4) lounge with patio doors leading onto the veranda which overlooks swimming pool, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and dining area, fully tiled bathroom with shower/full bath, air conditioning in every room. Living room has leather sofas, flat screen TV/DVD/satellite channels. Fully equipped kitchen including washing machine, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Includes allocated large covered parking bay. The outdoor shared swimming pool and children's paddling pool are situated centrally within the complex. There is also a small childrens park and garden/seating area.
Sun loungers are provided for use around the pool area. Communal changing and showering facilities are available at the pool area for your convenience.

My partner, two children and I have just returned from a fantastic week staying in the varvara apartment. The apartment itself was exactly as described with everything needed to make a comfortable stay. We was greeted by Sacha and she was so lovely and accommodating even recommending and calling a local tavern for us to sample some local dishes. The are of kapparis is fairly quiet but Paralimni was livlier and full of lovely taverns, bars and shops all welcoming the children. We did go out of season and it was quieter than expected. However there is plenty to do and see within the area but I would advise hiring a car to get about as there didn't seem to be many buses (again this could have been due to the season). We found fig tree bay and Konnis bay were the best beaches and are easily reached just a few kilometers down the road with beautiful warm clear blue waters. Ayai Napa's famous Nissi Beach is only about 20 mins in the car too. Michael & Sacha are extremely welcoming, friendly and nice people. Communication was made extremely easy by them and my family and I will definitely be booking to come back next year.

The Varvara apt is a very nice and quiet place! espacially for family! Paralimni is not touristic place but this is just 10 minutes from Ayia napa!

I have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Varvara Apartments and we really couldn't have asked for better hosts. Even before we arrived, Michael was extremely accommodating (especially when we needed to stay an extra 2 days) and was always on hand to answer any queries we had regarding our stay - this was my first time using Airbnb and I had many questions for poor Michael so this was greatly appreciated! Once we had arrived, his lovely wife Sasha came to welcome us and gave a few tips on restaurants and beaches in the area. Sasha was always contactable throughout our stay if we needed. The apartment was of a very high standard. Very clean, lovely balcony and pool area, and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We would highly recommend hiring a car, if like us, you plan to visit the beaches/restaurants in Protoras or Ayia Napa, however taxis are easily accessible if car hire is not an option for you. I really cannot fault our stay here and would recommend Michael and Sasha highly to anyone. My boyfriend and I are returning to Cyprus next year for a wedding and are already considering staying at Varvara or one of Michael's other properties.

Overall the experience was 10/10. I could have not asked for a better service and respond from Michael - he is on hand 24/7, any queries or problems you have he on is guard non stop. Our TV was not tuned in when we arrived bit within less than 24hours Michael sent out an engineer and had it sorted. A service that i will most definitely be using again. The apartment was even more than what we had expected. 5 Star accommodation, clean and fresh. very comfortable and everything was just simply perfect. We had our flat over looking the pool and what a beautiful peaceful sight it was. The apartments are peaceful, so if you want to go somewhere to avoid the hustle and bustle for just relaxation i recommend this place over and over again. The location is perfect, i would advise renting a car (very cheap deals) and you are within a ten minute drive of everything! the best part is, its a five minute drive to a beautiful beach to! wish i knew about this website and this apartment sooner! would choose this place over a hotel any day :-)
