The Home: You will have access to all parts of the home including large open concept kitchen/living room, laundry room and front gardens. Home was built in 2007, main open concept areas (living room, dinning and kitchen) have hardwood floors, bathrooms are elegantly designed and have towels available for guest.
Home is fairly new and fully furnished. House sits on top of the hill with views 24 hours a day. It is quite, safe clean and relaxing after which is nice after a day of site seeing and visiting San Diego. Gaslamp District, Hillcrest, Balboa Park, Coronado, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, La Jolla, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Padres Baseball, Chargers Football, UC concerts such as Lady Gaga in June are within 30 minutes. El Cajon and surrounding area has beautiful hiking trails for new beginners to experts. El Cajon and La Mesa City festival events are just minutes away.

Guest will also have access to main house including the open kitchen and entertainment areas, front grounds for relaxing and enjoying the scenic views. Guest will have access through front door of the main house or back door via stairs. Front access is on steep slope. Guest will have access to kitchen, and entertainment area. Laundry facilities will be made available for guest staying 7 days or more. Owner may be on grounds and has private siute with private entry. Owner will evcate while unit is rented.

When renting out home owner will be in detached studio or off site. Guest will always have access to owner via text message or phone call. Guest staying over 1 week owner may be work on yard for maintenance.

Home/Apartment rentals differ from hotels. Home/Apartment offer full kitchens, and are more spacious and economical than hotels. On the other hand, an Home/Apartment is like your own home in that you provide your own toiletries (soap and shampoo), paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing soap, cleaning supplies and the like. Several stores are located within a nearby.
Please treat the apartment as you would your own home and read the following rules:
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT. Check in is after 3 P.M. (local time) and check-out is before 11:00 A.M. (local time). NO Early check-ins or Late check-outs. Please plan accordingly as we do not have a leave-luggage facility.
2. NO SMOKING In Unit - This is a NON SMOKING Home/Apartment. There is a designated smoking area outside home, please do not leave cigarette butts on the grounds outside. No Smoking applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes and like kinds.
3. PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental under any conditions, except with the written (including fax or email) separate agreement with the owner. There The owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.
4. DAMAGE FEES- Tenants shall be responsible for damages or an excess cleaning fee unless the following conditions are met.
a) No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b) No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or unpaid collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c) All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in trash. Soiled dishes are cleaned.
d) All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
e) No linens are lost or damaged.
By making reservation, guest acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions of the agreement.
No smoking, No pets any violations will forfeit the security deposit and guest maybe liable for cleaning. Rates are fixed, max 4 guests total, total nights stay not to exceed 21 days. All communications are to be via (website hidden) House rules apply for air conditioning and heating. Temperature to be kept between 76 (day) and 72 degrees (night).
Home is on the hill so gas is propane. Propane burns hotter than regular gas please plan cooking accordingly. Home is on skeptic tank so special rules will apply, this includes no hard material, rubber, plastics, strings or metal objects are to be disposed of in the drain or toilet. This can cause sever damage to sewer system. Only outside smoking is allow 10 ft. from house (there is plenty of shared and views).
*There is no housekeeping service or cleaning fee. Please leave home as clean as you found it.
*Make sure host can get in and out of property when you park.
*Blue trash container is for recycling only. Grey is for trash.
*Please conserve energy and water. Turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
*Please check out time: 11 AM
*Towels, linen, toilet paper provided at the beginning of your stay only.
*Strip beds and leave used linen and towels in a pile before your departure.
*NO SMOKING, animals, drugs, or parties.
*This house is not for entertaining.
*No additional overnight guests beyond those listed on reservation.
*No more than one guest vehicle on property.
