Dear Nurjan & Philippe, We would like to clarify some things: as you are also host (so it appears from your profile) you should know what the rules of Airbnb are. You have booked the apartment the day before your arrival and you have disappeared until the following day. The reservation close to the arrival automatically implies the communication by the guest of the arrival time as not having a 24-hour reception but a working and private life linked to schedules and communication with our guests. The absence of connections for those who travel and know the rules is not justifiable. Your answer came the next day so be patient if we asked you for a different check-in time from yours. Among other things in your communication it appears that train tickets still had to be booked. If we had known the same time of booking we would have organized differently. Please note that the check-in is included in the following time band: 2 pm until 8 pm. We are always very available with our guests: We are not rude host but our work should be organized at best and we need to interact. Our passion is to manage, in the best possible way, stays and guests, but having a collaboration from the guests that is not always understood.
A tip: re-read the rules of Airbnb. Check-in times, communication.
The soap was in the dispenser of the bathroom, like everything you found in most at your disposal in the apartment not due but kindly left to guests.
All our best
