Free access to super-fast broadband will keep you speedily in touch with wherever you need and we can offer attractive, off-season deals depending upon length of stay. Please contact about this.
Pets: We are willing to welcome one, very well-behaved dog to come on holiday in this room. Please ask in advance; we charge 5:00 a night for your dog to stay. We ask that you bring their own bedding together with towels, feed and water bowls. We prefer that visiting dogs do not go into our garden or into any other areas of our home and ask that your dog is not left unattended in your room. If your dog is prone to bark at the slightest movement or as soon as it goes outside, please do not bring it here. Other guests will be in the room next to you and elderly neighbours love across, the farmyard. We are right off any made-up roads, there is lots of space and dogs can easily and safely be walked straight from our house. Our own dog, Cassie will make a loud noise when you come but will be very hospitable once you are settled in.

After a restful night's sleep you will be offered a delicious choice of breakfast in our lovely, light dining room. We use local produce as far as possible and have no difficulty in catering for people with specific dietary needs but appreciate being told in advance. We can provide picnics if asked in advance. We are not able to offer cooking facilities for guests but we can keep things in our fridge for you. Enjoy original art works on the walls and in the house as you walk through. This is our home and are pleased to assist and welcome guests but not to intrude during your stay. We enjoy meeting other people and getting to know about their lives and sharing ours; however, we appreciate that some people go away to be peaceful and contemplative and we quite understand if you would prefer to be more private. Guests are welcome to sit out in our garden.

You will be offered a choice of Cornish or continental breakfast. We source from local suppliers as possible and offer our home made preserves and locally sourced or home made bread. We are not on mains water or drainage and therefore ask that guests take this into consideration when using water and toilet facilities. We provide environmentally friendly toiletries in the bathrooms for your use whilst here. We draw our own water from a bore hole. It tastes really fresh and wholesome however, we are conscious that we need to conserve and ask that our guests are as economical as possible when washing/bathing/showering. We don't want to run dry!!
We live in a very peaceful environment and value that. There are few house rules but ask that our guests are mindful of the needs of others staying in the house in respect of noise, particularly if coming in late at night and are respectful of our home. We are a non-smoking home and are unable to offer cooking facilities for our guests. You are welcome to bring your own alcohol and we will provide you with glasses.
