The following story is a truth conversation between me and this guest.
I’m pick up Mr Andrew at the Airport by my own, during the way from the airport to my condo he asked me about my accommodation in Thailand and I told the story of my Airbnb business to him because a concept of Airbnb is stay with friend at friend house ( sharing the accommodation with friend ). So, I thought that we should be friend to him not just a customers. He asked me which room I liked the most and I told him that 1 hove one room that I love the most because this room which had a pool view in a Bangkok City. The bathroom overlooks Bangkok while bathing. And the BTS station is just a minute walk away, so I like this room. He said that can he stay in this room? Because he want to get this kind of experience. This room are available on that night…. So, for his experience I’m Ok to move him to this room and by myself. Especially this room’s reserve for my family and friend only…..
This room has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room and 1 kitchen. The room is almost 75 sqm in size and fully equipped. We have the Internet provided and all amenities are ready during his stay. He is very happy with this room and on Tuesday, 22nd, he’s tell his girlfriend to stay with him in this room and sent me a copy of the passport for preparing a document to a condo officer to proseed it. I’m not forced him to rest or stay in this room but he want to stay in this room with out paying the extra. I’m very upset about his case because he is the one that requested me to move him to this room and why do he complain to me, If he’s not happy he should tell him since the 1st day but he stay and refuel to pay for it…..
And not only that he’s lost a room card. So, I have to pay 1000 baht per trip and 600 baht for airport pickup, which he says he forgets and will pay me for it. Before he shook out He told him to have a little cash. Request to be charged via Airbnb. And he lied. I was very busy with electricity. I’m accidentally sat in the lobby at the lobby and saw him wearing a blue blouse and went up to my room and Late check out was 40 minutes later. I'm not a cheat or lie, but I look very wrong. He lied to me that he could not pay with Airbnb. He told me Airbnb told him about the 2600 baht payment process. But on 28 May 2018 he told Airbnb that the wrong place. I would like to ask Airbnb what do you think about him….. and do you think it is OK ? with Airbnb that I was deceived to change the place. And the reason is he does not want to pay the lost card and airport pick up. And he wants to stay in my room for free. By Airbnb Complaints

I have no reason to lie.
If i'm bad I would not try hard to find a key card to get him in and he would immediately pay for it. But because I trust and thought thta he is good enough, so I can afford to pay for it and that the reason why I requested him to pay to Airbnb for our business route, and he said that he have no money and I can feel that also. I think I'm not the first one to do this. Only the people who are acting out will speak or not.
