Initially, Claudia was very welcoming and accommodating to my friend and I. She was extremely swift at responding to our questions/requests and did her very best to make us feel comfortable. For the most part, she was a gracious hostess. However, we had a couple inconveniences that made our experience a bit less enjoyable:
1. There was no living room, as advertised. The area that would be a living room has been converted into a makeshift bedroom. This was a major drawback for my roommate and I because we were both taking an intensive teaching course and our preferred times of study were much different. Also, the place in general is not as modern as the pictures indicate.
2. There were some issues with the electricity and wifi and washing machine while there. Now, I know problems such as this are out of the hostess's control (and wifi in BsAs can be notoriously unreliable at times), so I wouldn't say Claudia is at fault, but this is just something to be aware of if you are in BsAs on business/study. These issues disturbed our ability to punctually complete assignments and consistently maintain a professional appearance throughout our stay. Thus, you would be better suited staying at a more reliable place, if this is the case.
I do think Claudia is a good hostess and the problems we experienced weren't so bad (or entirely her fault) as to discouragement anyone from renting with her. It was clean and contained necessary amenities. These are just a couple things to consider if comfort and consistency are mandatory for your stay:)
