We are sorry to read that your stay was not as expected.
For what concerns the parking, the distance inbetween it and the Tower is less than 200 m. We offer our guests a 24/7 guarded parking, free of charges, whose usual cost is 10 euros per day.
All closer parkings are public ones, and are per payment, outdoor, unguarded.
We do believe, for these reasons, that the solution proposed to our Guests is surely the best one.
It is clearly stated, when booking, that the apartment has a large double bed and a sofa bed, and we are therefore surprised to read a complaint about this.
We have, moreover, interconnecting phones, and, from each room, dialing 6000, you can contact us immediately for anything you may need, which never happened during your stay, neither for towels, nor for sheets as stated. We did not even receive any airbnb messagge through the live chat from your side.
Our porters are on duty the whole day and night long, and are at your disposal for anything, inlcuding landing you a hand with your luggage.
In any case, we do apologize for not meeting your standard: we would be glad to host you again and make you change your mind.
