Our objectives are to host you in the best conditions, that you feel as if you were at home, and that you keep a pleasant memory of your visit to Paris !!
It is an elegant newly renovated and high-end two-room apartment, very comfortable (contemporary interior and fully equipped), located at the first floor of a quiet Haussmann-style building (view on a green courtyard, away from street noise), and only 2 blocks away from Eiffel Tower!! This is literally 2-3 minutes by walk (Check the attached pictures).
The building is safe (2 secured codes) as well as the area. The building is equipped with an elevator.
The 'street view' displayed on the ad might not be correct. The apartment is on Suffren avenue, not on Desaix street.
Transportation is very easily accessible, within 2 to 5 minutes by foot: Metro stations (5 minutes ride to Trocadéro or Ecole Militaire, 10 minutes ride to Champs Elysées), suburb train (if you plan to visit Versailles), buses, public rental bikes (Vélib), as well as public cheap rental electric cars (Autolib).
In addition, recently the Airport shuttle service added a stop 50 meters away from the flat! So now you can easily access the flat from CDG airport by shuttle! For more infos (timetable) you can check the website '(URL HIDDEN) regarding the stop on 16 Avenue de Suffren (Tour Eiffel stop).
You will also have quick access to convenient shops located nearby, on the same avenue (supermarket, groceries, bakery, wine shop, hairdresser, laundry, banks for ATM, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzeria, cheese maker, butcher …).
The apartment is designed for guests looking for comfort and quality. It is fitted for 2 persons only and it is strictly non-smoking. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the courtyard downstairs, and enjoy fresh air and landscape. There is a smoke detector inside the flat, so please strictly refrain from smoking. Also, pets are not allowed.
Heating units are available in every room, as well as wireless internet connection.
Take a look at the pictures. The kitchen has all built-in appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine and dryer, microwave, hot plate, cooker hood). There is also a boiler, a toaster, and a coffee machine.
Cultery, pans, mugs and glasses have recently renewed.
In the living room you can enjoy a large LED TV, with IPTV service (channels from all over the world) and a Bose music station.
The bedroom has a king-size bed, with high-quality 5 stars mattress, and a large closet. It is also equipped with an iron, an ironing table, a vacuum cleaner, and a hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.
High quality bathroom amenities are provided and can last 2-3 days. In addition, coffee capsules and sachets, and fine tea bags are also offered.
A “Welcome Guide” is available for you upon your check-in, to become quickly familiar with the apartment, as well as with the neighboring spots and addresses.
During your stay, you can still contact us for any question related to the use of the apartment.
Late check-in (after 8pm) or very early check-out (before 8am) are charged 40€ to be paid in cash at check-in/out time
Please comply with the guidelines below during your stay
(They are meant to ensure your comfort as well as the comfort of the guests who will come after you. They are also meant to preserve the high-end quality of the place you are staying in)
1.1 The whole apartment is a non-smoking area and a smoke detector is in the flat. You are kindly asked to strictly refrain from smoking inside any part of the apartment. If you are a smoker, you can smoke in the courtyard downstairs, and enjoy fresh air and landscape
1.2 The apartment is strictly to be used by 1 or 2 persons only. There is no possibility of hosting a third person (except a baby), during part of, or all the duration of your stay. Any exception should get prior approval from the host
1.3 Some closets are marked with a red circle. Those are private parts of the apartment belonging to the owner, where he keeps his private linen and other things such as books. You are kindly requested to refrain from trying to open or use those private storage units. Please be aware that if you open locked closets you will be liable for the whole amount of the deposit. All other closets (not marked with red circle) are at your disposal and comfort
1.4 All the items and objects you may find in the apartment (i.e. books, appliances, linen, photography, figurines …) are inventoried, and should remain in the apartment during and after your stay
1.5 During your stay, you are kindly invited to use cleaning water (i.e. shower, dish-washer, and washing-machine) in a reasonable way. Please avoid water waste
1.6 Each time you leave the apartment, please make sure to properly close the main door behind you (the door must be shut) as well as all the windows. You are responsible of the safety of the apartment during your stay
1.7 Each time you leave the apartment, please make sure all lights are turned off, as well as the heater units are off (in the kitchen area, the bathroom, the living room, and the bedroom)
1.8 Please be very respectful to the neighbors. It is a residential building, please avoid making too much noise between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am
1.9 Parties are not allowed in the apartment. So as group sex (more than 2 people), group alcohol drinking (getting drunk), and drugs
1.10 You are kindly asked to avoid any eating or drinking on the couch because any new stain on it is very difficult to remove. You can eat or drink while seated on the brown leather club chairs or at the dining table obviously
1.11 Before checking-out, you are kindly invited to proactively inform us about any problem you might have experienced (i.e. broken item, out of service appliance, stains on couch, …)
1.12 Also, before checking-out, we kindly ask you to wash your dishes (you may use the dish-washer), and take out the trash (you may find the large green trash bins in the small courtyard, the first one when you are heading towards the flat. If it is not there, then it is most likely in front of the building outside)
1.13 Paris streets are sometimes dirty (i.e. dust, dog feces, …). To keep your living area clean and pleasant, we suggest that you remove your shoes when you enter the apartment. You can put them inside, right next to the trash bin (you don’t have to leave them outside)
1.14 You certify that you will be the unique guests in the flat and that you will not host or sub-lease the flat to any other persons
1.15 You certify that you will be reachable during your stay, and that the host can reach you either directly on your mobile phone or by email (using Airbnb platform), and that you will communicate efficiently with the host during your stay.
