If you wish, I will gladly provide you with information and tips on things to do and see in Milan.
When asking for information, please kindly provide your arrival and departure details. This will enable to arrange check-in or to let you know in case it’s not possible to accommodate your needs.
1) CHECK-IN AFTER 7 p.m. must be agreed beforehand and entails a Euro 20 supplement to be paid directly to the person that will deliver the keys.
CHECK-IN AFTER 9 p.m. is not possible. Sorry about that.
2) It is only a short flight of stairs but the apartment has NO elevator
3) The street is a private one and access is allowed only to residents. If you’re coming by car, you’ll have to leave it at the nearest parking or garage.
4) The street is quiet during the day but there's quite a bit of nightlife going on, especially on Friday and Saturday. With the windows closed, I don't have problems sleeping at night, but taking with you earplugs can be a good idea. In summer, if it gets too hot there's also air conditioning so that you don't need to keep the windows open at night.
5) How to reach Via Vetere:
From Malpensa Airport, take the Malpensa Express to Cadorna, then bus 94 (direction Porta Volta) and step down at the 4th stop (Colonne di S. Lorenzo). From the bus stop, walk straight forward about 50m, turn right in Corso di Porta Ticinese then turn at the first road on your left. Another 50m and on your right you'll reach the apartment.
From Stazione Centrale: Take the Metro Green line (Linea 2, direction Abbiategrasso) to Cadorna (5 stops). Then take bus 94 and follow same directions as mentioned above.
From Stazione Garibaldi: Take the Metro Green line (Linea 2, direction Abbiategrasso) to Cadorna (3 stops). Then take bus 94 and follow same directions as mentioned above.

I am Italian, but grew up in a small mountain village in Switzerland.
I live in Milan, although I am traveling very often. After working 10 years in Investment banking and 8 years in a multinational PR firm, I decided 3 years ago to make a total shift in my life. To have more time for myself and the things I love (first of all... traveling).
That's how I became... A travel blogger as well as a consultant in Digital Communication and Social Media Marketing.
I love reading, writing, art, nature and outdoors. I also like a lot walking, the best way to explore a city.
