It is strange to hear about "not polite" from a guest who postponed check in appointment twice and left us waiting for several hours without a valid reason. Guest refused our FREE airport transfers and still claims (incorrectly) that address provided by Airbnb is incorrect. This is after he demanded the address several times, expecting to be given directions from several kilometres before. This made dealing with another guest's 'check in' close to impossible as Sergey demanded immediate attention to multiple calls & texts.
Same guest demanded 'late check out' and when being told that this was not possible, he immediately retaliated with a negative star rating.
Several hours after check out, same guest texted claiming to leave one item behind him at the apartment. Until few minutes later, he claimed leaving multiple items behind him. I and my colleague Iva both returned to work (after working hours ) to try and source the items forgotten by Sergey and succeeded. After informing guest, it took another 3 appointments for guest to appear to collect 'lost items'. This left us waiting again for several hours.
Despite having stayed at our address for 7 days, Sergey still had difficulty getting here as he drove his rented car in the wrong direction of Mazzola Street (a one way street) posing a danger to other drivers and pedestrians.
