I am sorry this has happen. I just like to add a few words to clear the confusion for others reading this. The host does not live in the house as it stated in the listing, so I am not sure who you are talking to, must be another guest you thought was the host. ( this is something we talk about already when you call, I am not sure why you still say that on your review) The bed is extra firm beds, not box springs. Also stated on our listing. As with the bathrooms, we have other guest sharing them, and if you go in after someone that left things there, that’s something that we can not control. We clean everything once a day, and it’s simply impossible to clean every time right after someone used the bathroom. We can not give you a refund because it’s against our refund policy. You also did not try to solve any problem with me, the first time you communicated with me, you have already move out, and keep telling me that the host did not try to help you, when you are mistaken another guest for the host.
