Capitol Casa is more than 2,500 square feet, plus the front porch with old-fashioned glider, antique bench, and patio chairs. The garden patio has plenty of seating, game and dining tables, hot tub, grills and a view to the mountains. Three bedrooms on the main level are nicely separated from the living room. A spacious bedroom/den with game table, desk, TV/DVD/VCR/CD/Stereo is on the lower level, along with a second smaller bedroom/den with full bath, and laundry room. With a state-of-the-art low-chemical purifying process, the outdoor hot tub seats seven people and has a cover lifter for easy access.
The house is well stocked to make your stay pleasant, including three stereos, four cable TV's, music CDs, and a collection of movies made in Santa Fe. Free Wi-Fi, DSL. Laundry room has fragrance free hypo-allergenic detergent, iron, ironing boards, steamer. Dish, hand, bath soaps provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with spices, staples, cooking utensils, appliances, and service for 17. Complete bar glasses, tablecloths, napkins, place mats, and candles are all provided, and you can set a lovely table with colorful china and serving pieces. The dining table expands to seat large groups.

Cancellation Policy: We refund all payments if we are able to rebook the house. Since this is a large house, most groups want to book well in advance, and thus the earlier the cancellation the more likely we will be able to rebook the house. We will work with the guest on a refund or rescheduling the dates if serious circumstances such as death or health issues arise. Damage deposit and cleaning fees are refunded.
