LOCATION In a secluded cul-de-sac on Conwy Marina 100 yards from the Conwy (Caernarvonshire) golf course.The waterfront is close by with walks along the beach. The medieval town of Conwy is a riverside walk and Victorian resort of Llandudno is a few minutes drive away, further sandy beaches at Penmaenmawr and the mountains of Snowdonia nearby. A short walk to the beach, golf course, Conwy Mountain, excellent pub restaurant The Mulberry and The Mulberry Stores open from 8am-6pm Mon-Sun.

ACCOMMODATION: Llanryan has three bedrooms of king twin and adult bunk beds, refitted bathroom with shower over bath, additional ground floor WC, sitting room, kitchen and dining area with doors to enclosed terrace. Facilities include full gas central heating, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, DVD, TV, off road parking. Travel cot and highchair provided. Complimentary WIFI. This is a NO SMOKING and NO PET property. A holiday rental since 2018.

Once a booking is confirmed, we will send guests a Booking Form to be completed and returned, for property insurance purposes.

The house is available from 4pm on the day of occupation. We ask that guests vacate the property by 10am on the day of departure. Directions and key code will be emailed one week before your arrival.
