Hi Henry, on the day of your arrival you leave me message claiming that no record of your booking, but when I contacted frontdesk they said that your reservation is normal since I HAVE RECORDED your booking the day when you book on airbnb. and they said that you require changing larger room ,which I have informed you that all our rooms are SAME size. The picture we published on Airbnb is the actual picture of our room and you should have checked at the very begining. our rate is about 2000 THB per night , which is relatively economic for the area and you should better compare different hotels before you make a decision. You claimed so much facilities torn/stained/broke, which is RIDICULOUS, why the room you stayed in was in such terrible situation, seems that all facilities are broke? while our cleaning staffs will check every room daily and you didn't report those situations to us? You stayed in the room for 3 days and tolerant with all those broke facilities? I guess that you are letting off your dissatisfaction because we didn't offer you free upgrade. During your stay we even help you to prepare documents of your VISA.
