Hi Tan, thank you for your comment which will help me for a self-improvement. However, actually i am a little confused about what you said that i did not reply your any enquiries.
Originally you booked 4 nights, then you requested to change it to 2 nights on August 09, 2018. On the same day I accepted your change though it is a risk i could not book the room out, as the time is little bit late. Then on August 24, you asked me the passcode and wether i have WAHTAPP, as you need contact me if you have any emergency situation, I replied you after several hours even there is a time difference, and i provided my another phone no. for your calling anytime if you have any emergency situation. After that I sent you email for the passcode and all the house instructions, also i sent you one message one day before you check out to make sure everything is oak or not. During your 2 days in my house, i never got any callings or any messages through AIRBNB from you, so i feel confused about what you said that i never replied your any enquiries.
My property is a self-check in house, almost all guests give a good feedback for this as it is very convenience for them. Therefore, we do not think we should meet you in the house personally when you checked in or checked out for a 2 nights booking.
Furthermore, we even let you check in earlier before 8:00 am, according to the rules, your check-in time is 3:00pm but not as early as 8:00am, so i cannot understand if there is no any reply or good communication, you could be allowed to check in earlier, as we need prepare everything for you in a special arrangment and extra time.
Anyway, i still need thank you for your comment, as it helps us to self-criticize how to communicate better when we meet different people with different background.
