I apologize for not responding to your call as I've always done. When I woke up in the morning I saw that you made calls to me at 4am when I was fast asleep. I immediately called my staff and was told it was about the light of which the generator was switched on.
I woke up also to the loss of a close friend which made me distraught. I apologize.
The inverter switch was mistakenly left off after the minor maintenance, so that when the light from the grid and the generator was off, it didn't come on automatically. It's now been placed to automatically come on. Sorry again.
With regards the keys, we do not leave spare with ground staff as we do not want issues of missing items. Only I have the spare. The doors are security doors, so no one can open from outside unless you have the keys. Security of our guests is of utmost importance to us. Jammed doors can be communicated to me and I will come open swiftly.
