I'm really glad you enjoyed the property itself and I'm sorry to hear you weren't happy with the communication and service- please allow me to explain.
There was an issue with the toilet flushing, we usually send our maintenance team round the same day, however the landlord has a contract with British Gas meaning we are required to use their services. As it wasn't a leak they can only attend the property in the next 2 days and as it was a Friday it took until Monday for them to be able to attend. They said it would be between 9am and 6pm and said they would require access to which you advised us 2 girls would be in the property during that time. Having been calling them all day they advised around 5pm they would be there before 6pm so we let you know straight away.
I'm very sorry to hear our cleaner arrived early, the majority of our properties are 10am checkouts and she may have been confused by this, we have taken that up with her and it won't happen again.
As a serviced apartment we offer mid-stay cleaning services at the request or guests, unfortunately not all of our properties have lobbies and receptions. This is not mentioned in the listing so we don't aim to be misleading.
