This is our first airbnb experience and we definitely enjoyed our time because Carolyn and Jon are such wonderful hosts. Carolyn was very responsive and can be reached via phone or email when we had questions. Their place gave our family the common living area that we wanted and would not have gotten if we checked in a hotel. She provided us with instructions and recommendations on how to navigate within the area. We had a wonderful stay!

This property is located in a pleasant and quiet gated community. We were here in September and saw almost no one. Cool in the morning and evening, and during the heat of the day the property is air conditioned and comfortable. There are three swimming pools within 5 minutes of the property. Each is similar and has a lounging area. The property is well maintained, secluded, and clean. There are plenty of necessary supplies. Nearby are shops, restaurants, and all the facilities you might require. We liked the property so much we stayed another couple of days. The owner is very helpful and provides good information and support.

This place is located in an excellent area in Indian Wells, just close to everything: Restaurants, Shopping Centers, almost everything we need. The place is clean, very quite and the privacy of the neighborhood makes the stay even better. Highly recommended if you want to spend some time in the Palm Springs area.

This is a perfect place for lazy days at the pool. Quiet and safe. We traveled with two teenagers and there was plenty of space for them to have privacy. And their own bath. The kitchen is well equipped. Ther is plenty of towels, and even extras for the pool. The hosts are easy to communicate with . We had the pleasure of meeting Carolyn when we arrived. She had sent us so much information and tips and we had no need for further assistance. Shopping and dining is just a short drive / walk away. We will absolutely recommend this place if you need relaxing in a lovely and safe neighborhood. If you need exercise we recommend a short drive and and a walk in Joshua Tree national park. Thank you for making our last week in California great.

This is a very good value. My wife and I were attending a wedding in Indian Wells, and Jon and Carolyn's condo was the perfect place to stay -- close enough to participate in all the wedding-related activities, yet a private getaway in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood when we needed it. It is convenient to shopping centers, banks, excellent restaurants, etc., and well located for events in Indian Wells, Palm Desert and Palm Springs. The setting was picaresque, the condo was clean and comfortable, and the wifi, TV and other electronics were excellent and all in working order. The beds and linens were comfortable, although they could have supplied a few more towels. The washer and dryer were in working order and conveniently located. The laundry room is also the downstairs bathroom, and one drawback is that it has a glass door for an entry, meaning that if you want to step out of the shower and up to the vanity, you're exposed. We had to cover the door with a large swim towel to maintain privacy. The only other negative was that the sprayer on the kitchen sink was loose and not attached to the sink. But our overall experience was very positive, and we will definitely book this condo again when we return to Indian Wells for future family events. The owners were unobtrusive but available by phone if we needed anything. Highly recommended.
