How she should lock the door wasn’t right, so you couldn’t open the door. I always provide only one key to guests. The key was in the right place as it is described.
The cleaning lady knows what to do now. So it won’t happen again. Hope you can enjoy the next stay better.
And thank you for your opinion about the outside. Maybe I should do that, so that I can show the charm. I didn’t think of that as I don’t see many places with pics of outside. My place isn’t newly built, yet it is a clean and nice building. sorry for you to feel some disappointment from the view.
