There are some things in your review that are factually incorrect. First off, I manage three units at this gorgeous property and partner with the amazing onsite management team. Both our teams work extremely hard to provide the best possible experience to all our guests. That said we sometimes make mistakes, we do NOT engage in blatant false advertising. We did make a mistake with this recently furnished unit that two of the bed sizes were king, and I'm sorry for that mistake. They were supposed to be king, but it turns out queen size beds were installed. Once our site team confirmed the issue we corrected the listing. Additionally, I certainly could be bothered on this issue and had multiple phone calls and email conversations with Airbnb about the issue. In fact, it's the only way I knew about the mistake because you never once reached out to me. I immediately provided a large refund once we confirmed the mistake. While I fully understand your frustration of expecting a king size bed and getting a queen size, I fail to understand how your review doesn't mention the significant refund you received. Regarding the kitchen items, had you informed me of needing any items our onsite team would've gotten them for you. Once again, I'm sorry for the mistake in the bed sizes.
